Exports

Exports produce files from project data for reporting, handoff, and tool interoperability.

What You Can Export

Export typeAvailable formats
HTTP history export jobJSON, CSV, raw HTTP
Search results export jobJSON, CSV, raw HTTP
Findings export jobJSON, CSV
Automate resultsJSON, CSV
HTTP History's HAR actionHAR
Findings' report actionMarkdown
Project backupZIP archive

HTTP History and Search Results

Use the HAR export action in HTTP History for an HTTP Archive file. HAR is not a format offered by the Exports job form. Raw HTTP export jobs write request and response text blocks.

Findings

Use the report action in Findings for Markdown. Use a JSON or CSV export job for structured data to review or import elsewhere.

Project Backup (ZIP)

The project ZIP contains project data such as captured history, findings, Replay sessions, scope configuration, notes, hosted files, and project variables. Workspace-shared workflows and global variables are not part of a single-project archive; export shared workflows separately when moving to another workspace.

Backups contain secrets

Project backups include stored secret variable values, request headers and bodies, and Replay variables. The Secret toggle masks values in the UI; it does not redact project backups. Keep archives private and review exported data before sharing.

Use the ZIP to:

  • Move a project to another machine.
  • Share a completed engagement with a colleague.
  • Archive the project after delivery.

How Exports Work

Exports run as background jobs. Large history exports may take several seconds to minutes depending on the number of entries.

  1. Open Exports from the left navigation.
  2. Click New export.
  3. Select the export type and format.
  4. Optionally apply a filter (HTTPQL query) to limit which entries are included.
  5. Click Create.

The job appears in the export list. When its status is completed, click Download to save the file. A failed job shows an error instead of a downloadable result.

Importing a Project Backup

  1. Open the project switcher and choose its import action.
  2. Select the ZIP file.
  3. Ogma creates a new project and loads the archive contents.

Import is atomic: if the archive is malformed or the import fails, no partial data is written to the project.
